Bumps along the road

It turned out that i can not leave USA for longer than 6 months at a time and still there is a chance i might not be able to come back safely. As long as i am still permanent resident my traveling options are limited.
I will have to look into becoming a citizen if i want to reside in a different country. Process naturalization can not start until my ongoing immigration procedures are finished. But i can use the time to my advantage and start learning everything about US History and political structure for the test.

We still have have hopes that we can make our deadline, and leave before 2014 arrives.

Which Region!

With so many amazing regions in Italy its not so easy narrowing it down but we are making progress. We are drawn to regions in mid to north regions. The northern regions such as Trieste (Lombardia Region) are bi-lingual and good for working opportunities. They do have snow! Trento(Trentino) looks pretty amazing and is nested against the Alps. More south is obviously much warmer such as Toscana Region or Umbria. No further south than Abruzzo for sure. Surprising to see Florence, Rome, and Venice not even make the top ten list for best quality of life survey online.

I've been looking to sample fares for tickets to fly to Bologna, the deals seem almost unbelievable, 500 per person and 9 hrs flights? That just seem too good.

We will be working on posting links and procedures for Kappa and Misha to be flying with us. Apparently this takes about 6 months lead time for things to go smooth on the other end. Lets make sure they fly safe and comfortable :)

Its Official! Coundown has begun!
